Today, we learned the details via Famitsu. The magazine reports that the collaborative costumes include Link and Samus -- specifically, Skyward Sword's Link and Metroid Other M's Samus. It's unclear at present if these will be included with the game or released as download content. VS does have plenty of DLC too, including male judo and female volleyball outfits which will be included as download codes with the game's first print run.
